What we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
HPM3 Consulting ("HPM3", "we", "us") is a private advisory practice operated by HPM3 LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit www.hpm3consulting.com, submit a request or application (on this site or through a form on Facebook or Instagram), book or pay for a call, or otherwise contact us, and how we handle it. Discretion is the core of how we work, and this policy is written to match.
Information we collect
What you give us. When you request a call, apply, or fill out one of our lead forms on Meta platforms (Facebook or Instagram), we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, which lane you are interested in, your answers about where you are now and where you want to be, an optional budget range, and how you heard about us. If you email us, we keep the email and your address.
Payments and bookings. If you purchase a strategy call or the 10-Call Program, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, the amount paid, and a confirmation; we never see or store your full card number. If you book a call through our scheduling page (Cal.com), we receive the name, email, and time you choose.
Collected automatically. Our hosting provider logs basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and timestamps, for security and to keep the site running. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site today. If we add measurement tools such as the Meta Pixel in the future, this policy will be updated to say so.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, assess fit, and schedule and conduct calls.
- To deliver the advisory services you purchase and keep a record of that work.
- To send you information about our services if you asked for it or applied. You can tell us to stop at any time.
- To keep the site secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
What you tell us in an application or on a call is private by default. We do not publish client names, use intake answers in marketing, or share what you share with us as a case study.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed to do so:
- Railway — hosts this website and stores form submissions.
- Stripe — processes payments.
- Cal.com — handles call scheduling.
- Meta Platforms — if you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects that submission under its own terms and passes it to us.
- Google — provides our email.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer, in which case this policy continues to apply.
How long we keep it
We keep requests and applications for as long as we may reasonably work together, and client records for as long as needed for our services and for legal and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below), and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email hpm3consultingfirm@gmail.com from the address you used with us and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We honor those rights for everyone, regardless of location.
Cookies
This site does not set tracking cookies. Third-party services you interact with, such as Stripe, Cal.com, or Meta, may set their own cookies under their own policies.
Children
Our services are for adults. Where we advise on a young athlete's development, we work with the parent or guardian, and it is the parent or guardian who submits information and enters any agreement with us. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information directly, email us and we will delete it.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), reputable providers, and access limited to the people who need it. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise that, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Material changes affecting how we use information you have already given us will be communicated to you directly.
